This deep tissue treatment is slow and targeted, designed to alleviate chronic muscle tension, improve mobility and find balance within the body. Using firm pressure and specialised techniques, this massage focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue to break down adhesions, release tension, and enhance circulation. It is ideal for those with muscle stiffness, pain from injury, or stress-related tension. The deep pressure applied helps to promote relaxation, reduce inflammation and support overall muscle recovery.
A massage gun may be used to work deeper into the muscle in the most comfortable way.

Add on Hot stones to any massage treatment to enhance relaxation and relieve tension. The heat from the stones helps to soothe sore muscles, improve circulation, and promote deep relaxation, providing a soothing, therapeutic experience that complements your massage.
Please note- hot stones are unavailable as an add on to the 5 senses experience. This is due to the treatment of choice being selected upon arrival.
